 | Accent knows how to deliver I work for a school district that has had Accent as a vendor for over 10 years. We originally bought a used phone system from them that gave GREAT service over the 10 years that we used it. Over that 10 year period, we received excellent service from Accent whenever we needed to expand the phone system or had problems.
About a year ago we needed to upgrade to a new phone system. We got proposals from 5 vendors and decided to go with an ESI Phone System that Accent recommended. We felt that the ESI Phone system was the best value for the money we had to spend. It gave us the most features of the systems that we looked in our price range.
Accent did an excellent job in planning out the system and working with our schedule to cause the least disruption. The folks at Accent are very knowledgeable about their products and we had only a few very minor glitches when the system was put on line.
The system has performed exactly as Accent had told us it would and we are very pleased with the system and I would highly recommend having Accent as a phone system vendor to anyone. - John Martindill London, Ohio | | |  | Excellent System! Even though Sinclair has primarily used the services of one technician, Bill Ivory, who provides excellent service at all times, we have also seen the other members of the Accent team provide excellent support from service to billing.
As Sinclair plans the replacement of our existing system, Accent has been an integral part of the planning and installation of the new systems that we have purchased. - Steve Salos Columbus, Ohio | | |  | Outstanding Comprehensive Service! As a small company that is rapidly growing, our company, S4, didn't have the time or resources to sift through mountains of information to select the correct phone system.
But thanks to the knowledgeable guidance provided by Debra Cox, a phone system was purchased that exactly meets our needs. And with the expertise of Kevin Low, the system was installed without any noticeable interruption of phone service. Additionally, the training and after-installation support he has provided has been great.
And it's obvious that excellence is a company-wide trait, because anytime I call the office with billing or other questions, Rita efficiently handles the situation.
If only I could get this type service with all our vendors!

Most importantly on the phone system equipment Jay Trigg, since "day one", has gone above and beyond for us. His work ethic and expertise is second to none. We don't want to lose him.

Thank you. - Tim Bainter Columbus, OH | | |  | Breath Of Fresh Air Our company was preparing to move to VoIP, which required us to totally redo our current infrastructure. This project required us to convert our existing "data" MDF and IDF from 110 patch fields to a rack mounted patch panel system. With budget money tight we wanted to use our existing wire. We needed over 1,044 cables to be un-terminated from our existing 110 wall mounted frames and re-terminated on rack mounted patch panels. After talking to and receiving quotes from several companies, I decide on Accent. This turned out to be the best decision made during this entire project.
The work ethic and professionalism of Joe, Curt and Brian, was a breath of fresh air. This crew worked so well together plus they actually take pride in their work. They really care about their clients and they treat them as partners. They gave me regular updates on the status of the project and I was immediately informed, and consulted with, on any unusual situations which may have caused us issues down the road. This type of caring, professionalism and pride is something that is hard to find in this industry.
I was so impressed with Accents work on this project that I have since used them for several smaller, yet just as important projects, and I have yet to be disappointed.
- Raymond Fotis Columbus, OH | | |  | VoIP Phone system As you know from my stories, we had a terrible experience trying to get a phone system that not only worked but provided all of the features and information we wanted. We had two phone systems fail us. We went through a consultant and numerous presentations by several companies including those representing CISCO systems. After many meetings and thousands of dollars, your company made a presentation. The clarity of information provided at that meeting was refreshing. For the first time I not only understood what we were looking at but I saw a system that would do the things I wanted it to do. So we bought.
We have found the ShoreTel system, from Accent, to be everything we were looking for. Its ease of use, reliability and the ability to manage the system have made it extremely valuable for administration and management.
